How do I earn a trip to Maui?
All Awards Based on Adjusted Sales
Adjusted Sales equal 100% of the first $100,000 in purchases, thereafter 100% of warehouse purchases and 50% of negotiated and direct factory purchases over a 19 month period beginning January 1, 2006 – July 31, 2007.

$350,000 One complete (air & ground) trip free for $350,000 in adjusted sales during the promotion period.
$700,000 Two complete (air & ground) trips free, for $700,000 in adjusted sales during the promotion period.
$1,050,000 Three complete (air & ground) trips free for $1,050,000 in adjusted sales during the promotion period.
$1,400,000 Four complete (air & ground) trips free, for $1,400,000 in adjusted sales during the promotion period.
Rules and Regulations
Each air ticket must be accompanied by a ground package either earned or purchased.
All air tickets originate and terminate in Phoenix.
Trip based on double occupancy, two people per room (single supplements apply).
Because we want the pleasure of your company, trip participants must be company principals.
All eligible purchases must be ordered, shipped, and billed according to our standard terms of sale during the promotion period (01/01/06 - 07/31/07). The company reserves the right to omit, increase, or reduce purchase credit for specific negotiated orders from accumulated purchases toward travel awards.
All accounts must be current in accordance with our regular terms to qualify for trips.
Any or all earned portions of trips are not transferable, have no monetary value and are not refundable.
This promotion is void where limited by company policy.
Customer buy-in. Once a customer has qualified for one complete trip, that customer may purchase the unearned portion of a second trip or additional trips up to a total of (4), assuming space availability. All earned trips will be honored prior to availability of buy-ins.
1099's will be issued for earned portions of trips. Any liability for taxes based upon this travel award is the sole responsibility of the program participant(s) and not that of the Company. Each participant is required to provide a social security number.
Destination, departure dates, and goals are subject to change if escalationg travel costs, political climate, or weather so indicate.
Edson Electric assumes no liability for illness or injury suffered by our customers or their guests, or for inability to return customers or their guests for any scheduled date due to airline or hotel strike, political unrest, weather, acts of God or any other unforeseen causes.
Trip must be taken with the Edson Electric Supply group.
Limit 4 trips per account per promotion period.
All adjusted purchases through July 31, 2007 will apply to the October 2007 trip only. In the event of a subsequent trip, all accounts will begin with a zero balance for the next promotion period.
Edson may in its sole discretion, cancel future trips (after 2007) without cost or obligation.
